Our Roots
Established in 2010, Praxis Financial Services was born out of the motor body repair industry and recognised the need for a value-added funding solution, that not only met the needs of motor body repairers, but also other market participants, such as parts suppliers and insurers.
To facilitate the rapid growth of Praxis, Stellar Capital Partners, an investment company (previously listed on the JSE), acquired a controlling stake in the company in 2015.

Praxis achieves this by administering insurance claims through its information technology platform, which enables the seamless interaction between motor body repairers, parts suppliers and insurers. As part of this process, Praxis then settles the suppliers for the parts purchased for these administered claims. We have been assisting our clients for over a decade.
