    • Our clients are alleviated from credit limits (often based on historic trading levels, thereby hampering growth).
    • Our clients only pay for the parts used when the insurance job is settled.
    • All amounts are accurately calculated by our system to streamline the cash flow cycle.  
    • As a result, there is significantly reduced admin for our clients when increasing their volume of work.

Clients have access to our nationwide parts supplier database, as well as the rebates associated with the Praxis account. Parts suppliers can grow volumes whilst dealing with one counterparty that is committed to efficiency and transparency – all approved parts invoiced are settled by Praxis.

Both our clients and our parts suppliers enjoy the scale and security offered by the Praxis information technology platform.

Fee charged by Praxis

Admin Fee

Praxis charges an admin fee based on the value of the parts procured through the Praxis system for which our Clients receive the benefit of: 

  • Procurement validity
  • Access to the Praxis supplier database and rebate structure
  • Rebate calculation
  • Reconciliation and resolution by Praxis between parts value
    received and supplier statements
  • Monthly reporting showing turnover per insurer, parts spend
    and rebates per supplier as well as other reporting metrics

 

Finance Fee

Praxis effectively provides 30 days from statement, which means that if our Clients order parts that are invoiced in month 1 they have until the last day of month 2 for the proceeds to be received from the insurer without any finance fee. From the last day of month 2, a monthly finance fee will be charged.

Both the admin fee and the finance fee are recovered from supplier rebates and the balance of these rebates are for our client’s benefit.
